Support to the community

Part of the Time Bank permits made available by the Group in application of the Agreement of 7 October 2015 are used to allow colleagues who wish to do so to participate during the working week in "corporate volunteering" initiatives promoted in favour of external bodies/associations selected through the Impact division and the Intesa Sanpaolo Onlus Foundation.

The Time Bank is set up annually with an initial ceiling of 65,000 hours and each person has the opportunity to donate some of their own paid leave or holidays, which the company implements with an equal amount of time, up to a maximum of 100,000 hours in total.

In 2025, more than 35,000 hours were donated by the Group’s people. These were supplemented by hours made available by the company, bringing the overall total to approximately 160,000 hours, also taking into account the hours made available through unused leave from employees who left the company under the corporate agreements governing voluntary exits.
