Intesa Sanpaolo awarded with the internal communication Grand Prix
On November 16, Intesa Sanpaolo has been awarded by Feiea, the European Association for Internal Communication, with two First Place Awards within the 2015 Feiea Grand Prix. The double award has been assigned to the project: "A multi-national, multilingual Corporate WebTv as part of an international Internal Communication Strategy" (331 KB).
Intesa Sanpaolo adheres to the VII edition of the "European Week for Waste Reduction"
Once again Intesa Sanpaolo takes part to the "European Week for Waste Reduction", an initiative scheduled November 21 to 29, which is promoted by the European Commission and patronised by the highest State offices in order to rise the attention of Institutions, businesses, schools and consumers about strategies aimed at reducing waste production (122 KB).

Intesa Sanpaolo received renewed recognition at the Green Globe Banking Award - October 22, 2015
During the Green Globe Banking Conference held in Milan, the Green Globe Banking Award, recognition for the green best practices in banking sector, Direct Impacts category, is given to Intesa Sanpaolo. The winning project is the New Executive Center in Turin, one of the high-rise buildings with the highest sustainability standards in the world, which has recently obtained also the certification according to the international protocol LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum level.
Environmental sustainability: the Intesa Sanpaolo Tower is the first in Europe and among the top ten in the world - October 8 2105
The Intesa Sanpaolo Tower was awarded the LEED Platinum certification, the highest given by the Green Building Council, the most authoritative international body for eco-assessment of buildings. The new Bank's Turin headquarter is currently the only high-rise building in Europe and among the top ten in the world to obtain this environmental certification in the category "New Construction".
Cotton for Life, an initiative launched by Filmar, an Italian company which produces and markets yarns from cotton of superior quality, in cooperation with our Egyptian bank Alexbank, has been presented in Expo 2015. The first Intesa Sanpaolo Community Paper has been published
The 2015 Community Paper describes the contribution given in 2014 by the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in support of the community.
The framework adopted has been developed by the London Benchmarking Group, the global level reporting standard to which Intesa Sanpaolo adhered in 2013. The report provides, through case studies, detailed feedback of the impact assessment of selected contributions, thus emphasizing a very current theme, central to the debate on community investment (2,497 KB).
The "Stakeholder Engagement 2014 and Improvement Objectives 2015" paper has been published
The engagement initiatives implemented were launched by the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Unit, in close collaboration with all Bank Departments that manage relations with stakeholders. In fact, synergies have been consolidated to share the results of listening and dialogue processes, with the objective of achieving interesting results for all the stakeholders.
These results – the expectations of stakeholders – contribute to defining the improvement objectives for each department, in line with the strategies of the Business Plan (1,009 KB).
The Sustainability Report 2014 has been published
The new edition of the Sustainability Report confirms the Group's attention towards the social and environmental responsibility issues and their increasing integration with the core business of the bank, as stated in the Business Plan 2014-2107 (2,489 KB, accessible version).
Intesa Sanpaolo takes part in the World Environment Day, the well-known event instituted by the UN General Assembly in 1972 to raise attention and engage public opinion and governments on environmental issues and climate change. The theme chosen by the organizing committee for the 2015 edition is sustainable and responsible consumption - June 5, 2015.
