Top Employer Europe and Top Employer Italia 2026

Intesa Sanpaolo has received the Top Employer Italy and Europe certification in 2026, issued by the Top Employers Institute. The certification recognizes various aspects of the Group's HR approach: from strategy to organization, from performance to talent attraction, from well-being to shared values. Across all areas, the score improved compared to last year. In particular, the maximum score of 100% was achieved in the areas related to strategy and the ability to lead organizational change.

Morningstar Sustainalytics Low Carbon Leader 

In 2025, Intesa Sanpaolo received the Low Carbon Leader badges by Sustainalytics, in three different categories, confirming the Group’s leadership position in managing the climate transition risks and demonstrating strong emissions performance and transparency.*

“Global 100 Top Rated”: The top 100 companies in the Sustainalytics Low Carbon Transition Rating (LCTR) Universe based on transition management.
“Regional Top Rated”: Companies that strongly outperform* in their respective industry from the Sustainalytics LCTR Universe are eligible. 
“Industry Top Rated” Companies that strongly outperform* in their respective regions from the Sustainalytics LCTR Universe are eligible.
*Strongly Outperform: The top 10% of companies within each peer group that score well in management and temperature performance, show emissions reductions beyond benchmarks, and have no severe ESG risks or controversies.
