Intesa Sanpaolo and all Group companies and banks subject to accessibility regulations are adapting their digital channels to the accessibility requirements set out in the relevant regulations, inspired by the values of their code of ethics.
The right to accessibility is one of the key factors to which the Group has always paid the utmost attention, including through constant review and maintenance of its digital channels and content.
Declaration of accessibility
Eurizon Capital SGR undertakes to make its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004. This declaration of accessibility relates to the website www.eurizoncapital.com.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of UNI CEI EN 301549 regulation due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.
Non-accessible content
The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reason:
Non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004
- Some icon-buttons, images, and graphics do not have adequate text alternatives.
- Some content, including text links and graphics, relies solely on colour to indicate interactivity.
- Some of the video and audio content do not have alternative texts and/or subtitles in the same language as the web page.
- The website may have some structural issues: main headings (H1) may be missing; the hierarchical order is not always respected; some interactive elements (such as carousels, tables, menus) do not clearly communicate their structure; there are some empty or unlinked contents.
- Under high zoom conditions or for medium-small viewports (less than 1200px), some content on the platform does not properly adapt to the screen size and text enlargement.
- In input fields, some errors are not detected and some error messages do not provide solutions to the user. Additionally, some labels and symbols are not described, making it difficult to understand their meaning or content.
- Some texts and graphic elements do not have sufficient contrast with the background. For example, texts in cards, error messages, numbers, and multimedia section titles.
- When navigating by keyboard, some interactive elements such as menus, buttons, carousels, and media controls may not be reachable or activatable. Some elements are not focusable, and in certain cases, 'traps' are created where users become stuck and cannot continue navigating.
- Some interactive elements, at the code level, on the site have confusing labels (they display text to sighted users but convey different or incomplete information to screen readers).
- Some interactive elements exhibit inconsistent behaviour or appearance compared to the rest of the platform. For screen resolutions below 1200px, users may have difficulty determining their current location within the platform.
- The site contains sections in English within predominantly Italian texts, without indicating the language change.
- For screen resolutions below 1200px, there may be interactive elements that restrict user input to specific actions, such as drag movements.
- When navigating by keyboard, unexpected behaviours may occur (on input or element focus): some elements open automatically; some controls appear to work but do not produce results when used.
- There may be marking and semantic (ARIA) errors. For example, some table headers lack associated data, improper or unsupported ARIA roles, and labels pointing to incorrect elements.
- Some dynamic elements, such as confirmation messages, are not made available to screen readers.
Alternatives accessible using a specific tool are offered in the pre-login pages.
