INTESA SANPAOLO COMPLETA LA SCELTA DEI CONSULENTI FINANZIARI IN RELAZIONE ALL’OFFERTA PUBBLICA DI SCAMBIO VOLONTARIA TOTALITARIA SULLE AZIONI ORDINARIE DI UBI BANCA

Torino, Milano, 28 febbraio 2020 – Intesa Sanpaolo ha completato la scelta dei propri consulenti finanziari in relazione all’offerta pubblica di scambio volontaria totalitaria avente ad oggetto le azioni ordinarie di Unione di Banche Italiane S.p.A., comunicata in data 17 febbraio 2020. In particolare, Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. agirà come Sole M&A e Lead Financial Advisor dell’operazione e coordinerà con gli altri consulenti finanziari J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc., UBS Investment Bank e Equita Sim S.p.A. le relative attività e relazioni con i mercati finanziari.
